I am Maria-Liisa Bruckert, the founder and CPO of IQONIC.AI. Before starting my own company, I had the privilege of building a successful track record at Siemens, where I contributed to the company’s global digitization strategy. This experience allows me to bring both a corporate and a startup perspective to every discussion I engage in.
Throughout my international education, I had the opportunity to reside on different continents, gaining exposure to various perspectives. Currently, I am pursuing a DBA candidacy at a university in Switzerland, where I am immersing myself in the responsibilities of being a female leader.
Empowering others is something that truly drives me, and I am passionate about it in every aspect of my life – be it as a leader, coach, mother, wife, volunteer, or through my own foundation.
It’s an honor to have been named as one of the “Top 20 Women in AI Germany” by RE-WORK, a recognition that highlights my dedication and expertise in the technological field. I believe this recognition adds weight to my abilities as a keynote speaker, demonstrating my commitment to sharing knowledge and inspiring others.
