I am Maria-Liisa Bruckert, the founder and CPO of IQONIC.AI. Before starting my own company, I had the privilege of building a successful track record at Siemens, where I contributed to the company's global digitization strategy. This experience allows me to bring both a corporate and a startup perspective to every discussion I engage in.
Throughout my international education, I had the opportunity to reside on different continents, gaining exposure to various perspectives. Currently, I am pursuing a DBA candidacy at a university in Switzerland, where I am immersing myself in the responsibilities of being a female leader.
Empowering others is something that truly drives me, and I am passionate about it in every aspect of my life – be it as a leader, coach, mother, wife, volunteer, or through my own foundation.
