It is also easier to respond to the other person's spontaneous reaction, answer questions and clarify misunderstandings. Even if someone is genuinely interested in a product, it is often easier to develop that interest in a conversation than in written communication.


  2. Efficiency in Qualification:

    Telephone prospecting offers the ability to quickly assess whether or not a lead has real potential. Important information such as the customer's readiness to buy, urgency or specific needs can be gathered in just a few minutes of conversation. This saves a lot of time and resources compared to email campaigns, where responses are often slow and unclear. As a result, salespeople can focus their energy on promising leads and waste less time on uninterested prospects.


  3. Differentiation through Personality:

    At a time when most companies are relying on mass emails and automated bots, a well-executed phone call stands out. It shows the customer that there is a real person behind the product who cares about the individual's needs. An empathetic conversation, where the customer is listened to and taken seriously, can build trust and empathy - two important factors for successful sales.
